At AKS Facilities, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Our refund and returns policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. After this period, we may not be able to offer a full refund or service rescheduling, unless mandated by applicable law.
Eligibility for Refunds
Since our services are primarily non-tangible (such as cleaning, pest control, facility maintenance), refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:

The service was not delivered as committed (e.g., service was not rendered or was partially rendered).

The customer raises a valid dispute within 30 days of the service date.

Clear evidence of non-performance or service dissatisfaction is provided.

A complaint is registered with our support team and verified internally.
Refund Process
Once your request is received and verified:

You will be notified via email/SMS regarding the status of your request.

If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method (Credit Card, UPI, Net Banking, etc.).

Refunds are credited within 7–10 business days after approval, depending on your payment provider’s processing time.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe:

Check your bank or UPI account again.

Contact your payment provider (credit card/bank/UPI) to confirm any delays.

Service Rescheduling or Rework
We prioritize resolving issues over refunds. If you’re dissatisfied with a service:

We offer free rework/rescheduling within 48 hours, subject to slot availability.

Rescheduling is allowed only once per booking and must be requested at least 6 hours prior to the original appointment.
Non-Refundable Situations

Services availed partially or fully.

Delays or cancellation due to customer unavailability.

Incorrect address or contact details provided during booking.

Requests made after 30 days of service completion.
