At AKS Facilities, we value your satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a refund under the following conditions:

Refund Eligibility

• Unused items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  Once we receive the returned item in acceptable condition, a full refund will be issued (excluding non-refundable shipping charges).

  Refunds will be processed through the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment gateway (e.g., Razorpay, Paytm, Cashfree, etc.), the credited amount may take 5 to 14 business days to reflect in your account.

  For payment gateways and providers:

  • Razorpay / Cashfree/Phonepe/Paytm, etc.: Typically 5–7 business days

  • UPI / Net Banking: Usually within 7–10 business days

  • Credit/Debit Cards: May take 10–14 business days, depending on the issuing bank

  Conditions for Return

• Returned items must be:

  • Unused

  • In the original packaging

  • In the same condition as received

• Items not meeting these criteria may be ineligible for a refund or may be subject to a restocking fee.

• Discounted or promotional items are not eligible for a refund.

• Refunds will not be issued for products or services purchased through third-party vendors, distributors, or retail partners.

Return Shipping Responsibility

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• We are not liable for lost or damaged return shipments. To ensure a secure return, we recommend using a trackable and insured courier service.

Proof of Return

• Refunds will only be issued upon:

  • Actual receipt of the returned item(s), or

  • Valid proof of delivery from a trackable shipping provider

Inspection Process

• All returned items are subject to inspection.

• If a product is returned in an unsuitable condition, we reserve the right to decline the refund and return the item to the sender.
