❌ Exclusions (What’s Not Covered)

• Structural Repairs – Fixing pest entry points (cracks, broken tiles, plumbing issues) is not included.

• Server/Data Rooms – Pest control in sensitive electronic or restricted areas is done only with client consent and supervision.

• Storage Rooms with Limited Access – Areas inaccessible due to clutter may not be fully treated.

• Pet Infestation (e.g. Birds, Stray Dogs, etc.) – Control or removal of large animals or birds is not part of this service.

• Heavy Furniture Movement – Our team will treat around and under furniture, but full movement/removal is not included unless pre-arranged.

• Deep Sanitization – This is separate from pest control and can be availed as an add-on service.

• Pest Reappearance Outside Service Frequency – One-time treatments do not include free callbacks unless covered under AMC.
