Notes :

Access Requirement: Kindly provide access to the property, including running water and power, on the scheduled day of our deep cleaning service.

Delay Charge: Failure to provide the necessary facilities on time may result in an additional charge of Rs. 250 for every interval.

Property Size: Based on our estimate, the standard size for a 1 BHK flat or a one-room house should range between 400 to 700 sq. ft.  Charges may vary for flats of unusual sizes.

Non-Removal of Heavy Items: Our staff will not remove significant, heavy, or semi-permanent items such as wall units, music units, TVs and stands, pianos, sideboards, bookshelves, file cabinets, potted plants, and wardrobes during deep cleaning.

No Handyman Services: Our maintenance and sanitation team is not equipped to handle handyman services like electrical or plumbing work.

Additional Charges: AKS facilities reserves the right to charge extra amounts at its discretion if bulky items are not removed beforehand, causing delays in the housekeeping process.

Performance Guarantee: While we cannot guarantee 100 percent stain or spot removal in certain cases, we are committed to delivering the highest quality service.

Service Limitations: Our scope of work is clearly defined, and we avoid exterior cleaning services that may pose risks. Please refrain from pressuring our team to perform tasks that could jeopardize safety.

Work Inspection: We strongly recommend a post-work inspection and approval from the client’s side. Claims regarding quality issues cannot be entertained once our staff leaves the service area.

Pets and Animals: Pets and other animals should be secured before our staff enters the premises. The client assumes full responsibility for any injury caused to the housekeeping staff.

Service Inclusions: The cost of our housekeeping services includes estimates, materials, and labor expenses. (This is a one-time cleaning charge.)
